I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although a bit more attention to detail in cleaning under the beds could have been better. Despite this, the room was cozy and very quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere even when the hotel was busy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure guests had a great holiday, although there were some delays at the bar. The hotel's location is excellent for exploring Hainaut, offering a peaceful setting away from the usual hustle and bustle. The dining experience was decent with a good selection, but slightly basic. The facilities were well-maintained and convenient.
